Since spending my high school summers working at the Pawleys Island Pavillion ; I dreamed of building a life in the Low Country of South Carolina. My wife, Karen from Greensboro, NC graduated from UNC Chapel Hill; and I have been fortunate to raise two children. Ed graduated from the Univ. of South Carolina with a double major in Finance & Real Estate. (also played football under Lou Holtz there). He later earned his masters in Real Estate Development from Clemson University. Presently living in Murrells Inlet . My daughter, Clark also graduated from the Univ. of South Carolina and has been an International Model. Recently married to Kenny Florian in Brookgreen Gardens in OAK ALLEY and did reside in the Los Angeles, Ca. area. Kenny Florian was analyst for FOX Sports on UFC Tonight; Presently Commentator of "Battle Bots"; & PFL; Professional Fighters League. Kenny also offers Revolutionary Online Jiu Jitsu Essentials Courses. Family has always been a priority with us, and devote many hours to church and community activities and Grandchildren. I was born & raised in the Greenville, SC area of Taylors. Graduated from Wade Hampton and then attended Tarleton State College. It later became a division of Texas A & M in Stephenville, Texas. Although traveling many years around the United States, my southern roots pulled me back and I began my Real Estate career in 1996 with Century 21 in Southern Pines/Pinehurst, NC. We moved to Ricefields community in Pawleys Island in 1999 and I began my affiliation with James W. Smith Real Estate. Presently live in Murrells Inlet. From the year 2000 to date, I have been the sales agent and or the listing agent of the year. I am consistenly a top 5 agent in the Pawleys Island/Litchfield area. There are few decisions in life that are as significant as buying or selling a home. My job is to assist my customer/client in making the best informed decision possible, and I will work hard and smart to help you with your real estate needs.
